OBJECTIVES
PA Betting Services organised a flagship conference designed to deepen engagement with key stakeholders. The aim was to introduce the start of their rebranding to "Podium", to establish a platform that would reinforce the company’s status as the leading provider of critical data to the betting industry. To amplify this, PA Betting Services trusted the expertise at Yorkshire Podcast Studios to portray and idealise the experience for non-attendees.
STRATEGY
We devised a comprehensive strategy for the capturing of the conference, focusing on immersive content, and an engaging user experience. Each of the sessions had multiple cameras and several layers of redundancy on the audio feeds. Reportage and establishing shots were woven into the final product to give it a sense of occasion and location. Industry leaders provided us with oversight and reactions to the day's content in the conference's social areas, to allow the viewer to hear from major players in the industry whether or not they appeared on stage, to add a less formal element to the final product, and to highlight the event as a key networking hub.
RESULT
The conference exceeded expectations, introducing key stakeholders to the new "Podium" branding and helping the client to retain their image as central to the workings of the horse racing data industry. The video captured the company’s values and underlined their industry status by showcasing the high status of the delegates and networking opportunities it provided.
