Originally from Liverpool, David found his professional home at YPS, where he’s played a pivotal role in shaping the culture and direction of YPS. His day-to-day responsibilities are varied, ranging from studio management to content ideation and production, but one constant remains: his dedication to helping people find their voice behind the mic.

Having begun his career as a broadcast journalist, David’s experience spans commercial radio, sports commentary, and Olympic broadcasting. He credits live radio with honing his storytelling skills—an ethos that now permeates every podcast produced at YPS. “It’s about people telling their stories,” David explains, highlighting the human connection that makes podcasting such a powerful medium.
